Suggested Use:
Foot Bath (ca. 100°F, >20 min): Dissolve 1-2 cups in a large bowl.
Full Bath (ca. 100°F, >20 min): Pour 4-6 cups into a full tub bath.
Warm Compression: Dissolve 3 tablespoons of Flakes into a bowl of warm water, soak a cotton cloth and apply to the body until it cools down. Repeat several times.
