Right of withdrawal for end consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of partial consignments the last piece).

You must provide a clear statement (an email or a letter sent by post) indicating your decision to cancel this contract. The withdrawal is to be addressed to:

You may use the enclosed sample form to cancel your purchase contract, though it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.

Consequences

If you cancel the purchase contract, we must immediately refund you all payments that we have received from you, including for delivery charges (except for additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the standard, most economic delivery method offered by us), at the latest within fourteen days of us receiving your statement indicating your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless we have explicitly arranged something else with you; in no case will you be charged extra for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, depending which comes earlier.

You shall return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us about the withdrawal, with proof of it. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You are responsible for paying the direct costs for sending back the goods.

Exceptions to the return and refund policy

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (customized).
